Every year at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) amazing technology is unveiled.  This year is no exception. Here is just a glance of some of the coolest products this year.

Toshiba CELL TV
Imagine “Minority Report” meets the Wii meets your remote control. This TV will allow you to interact with it using only hand gestures. The CELL is the same processor used in the PlayStation 3, so this TV really has some major processing power. I just hope it doesn’t make me work too hard when I am watching the game... I wouldn’t want to accidentally exercise when I am being lazy!

Tivit
Tivit is a device that captures over-the-air television signals and transmits the signal to your existing WiFi-enabled smartphone device. What that means is, you could pick up local TV on your iPhone or Blackberry, without subscribing to a service. This device will run about $100 and should hit the shelves this spring.

Palm Pre Plus
There’s not much difference in this smartphone and its not-so-much-older-cousin. The only real difference is: this phone can create its own WiFi hot-spot. Never again will you have to pay another WiFi charge at Starbucks or the airport, as long as you have 3G service, you can use your phone to get your Netbook or laptop online. Until we have nationwide free WiFi, this is a step in the right direction.

Tablet computers, 3D TVs and e-readers were a dime a dozen (well, actually a little more expensive) this year too. A lot of these debuts may seem like luxuries, or toys, but remember: today’s toys are tomorrow’s can’t-live-without tools.
